Anna began her professional career with Chicago-area theaters over a number of years. After that, she went on to TV and film. Anna received her breakthrough in 1992 when she played Arden in 29 episodes of Down the Shore. Following her appearance as a Guest on several TV shows as well as films, like Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue in the 90's and was later cast as Jean Ward as part of The Practice. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood over two complete seasons. In 2008 she was also cast in the role of Skyler for the show Breaking Bad.
